On August 16th 1940, the first airborne landing of American troops took place. Since 1943, the US Airborne Forces actively participated in combat operations during World War II — first during the invasion of Italy, and then in Normandy and the Ardennes. They played a vital role during D-Day, assisting with the Allies having a safer landing on the beaches.
The UH-1C XM-30 is temporarily available for Golden Eagles!
This interesting helicopter is available for 8,910 Golden Eagles!
When: From today until August 19th (09:00 GMT).
Where: USA > Helicopters > Premium vehicles.
About this helicopter
- The UH-1C XM-30 is a nimble helicopter that’s capable of carrying a decent array of weapons, including an M75 grenade launcher, capable of firing 40 mm grenades at 230 rpm! There’s also 7.62 mm M134 machine guns, FFAR Mighty Mouse rockets, BGM-71C Improved TOW anti-tank guided missiles, and two 30 mm XM140 cannons!
This paratrooper decal is available for this day!
When: Until August 19th (09:00 GMT).
Task: Play 3 battles using US aircraft at rank III or higher to receive the “Paratrooper” decal.

Additional details:
- You must use a minimum of rank III.
- Your activity must not be below 70%.
- You can complete the task in random battles, except for Enduring Confrontation missions, and [Assault] mode.
- Track your progress in the hangar by clicking Nickname → Achievements → Holidays → US Airborne Forces Day.
- You can find the decal in the “Holidays” tab in the Customization menu.
