The SO.4050 Vautour II was one of the first post-war French jet aircraft. Its first flight took place on October 16th 1952, and it served in the French Air Force from 1958 to 1979. In total, almost 150 Vautour II units were built. Modification IIN is a two-seat all-weather interceptor that took part in combat operations as part of the Israeli Air Force.

About this aircraft
- The Vautour IIN is a bomber boasting a massive payload of up to 4,400 kg. Against ground targets, it can deploy bombs ranging from 250 kg to 400 kg, as well as rockets from the compact SNEB Type 23 to the colossal AS-30. To fend off air threats, it is equipped with four 30 mm DEFA 551 cannons and AA-20 air-to-air missiles.
